PICK UP & RETURNS
Garments are to be picked up and dropped off from our Sinnamon Park showroom located at 14 Tea Tree Crescent, Sinnamon Park. Please notify us when best suits you to collect the garment you have hired.
It is your responsibility to return the garment before the 4-day hire period expires. You will be notified 1 day before the garment is to be returned. Please notify us then of your method of return, i.e. whether you will be dropping off the garment or if we are required to pick it up.
Should a garment not fit correctly you have the right to return it to us within 24 hours of delivery for a credit note or product exchange not including delivery fees. You will only be given a credit note if the garment has not been worn and shows no evidence of wear/tear. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your intent to send the garment before posting back or dropping off.
SHOW ROOM TRY ON'S (BRISBANE ONLY)
Should you wish to try on a garment before hiring, we allow try on's (by appointment only) to our Brisbane Showroom. There is no obligation to hire after a try on, however any damage to the garment during the appointment is at your expense.
Australia-wide postage is available for all garments. The cost of this service is $24, which includes express postage to you and a return satchel to us. When ordering from inter-state, you must place an order before 3pm on Wednesday to ensure your receive your garment by the weekend. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email to your nominated email address notifying you that your order has been posted, including the tracking number.
